  • Competitive base salary: $200,000 – $250,000, with total annual compensation potential significantly higher based on performance and case outcomes

Senior Employment Law Associate – Requirements and Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license
  • 5–10 years of civil litigation experience, including wage and hour, class action, or PAGA matters
  • Proven success handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex cases
  • Exceptional legal writing and research skills with experience drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with precision and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Preferred Background and Skills

  • Prior experience with plaintiff-side employment litigation (defense-to-plaintiff transitions welcome)
  • Deep understanding of California wage and hour laws and class action procedures
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative mindset
  • Passion for employee advocacy and complex civil litigation

Salary: US$200000 – 250000 per year
